One of the Christmas presents that we've had a little fun with already is this "speed chute" of Tim's... it claims to make a person run faster (by training with the additional wind resistance)... I suppose we'll see...We went to the interdenominational service in the club house of the retirement community this morning... the sermon was taken from II Timothy 4, and focused us on the "December of our lives", and the importance of "finishing the race" well... made me think of how well Lana lived out that lesson before us this year...
