It has been one of the driest summers on record in these parts, so I guess the fact that today's game was rained out means that fall is here... Tim and his teammates (and coaches) are kind of bummed; they are really anxious to put last week behind them with a victory, which I suppose will have to wait until Friday when we play Statesville Christian (a I-A Final Four team from last year) on the road...
On the positive side, it's more time for Tim's ankle to heal... he would've played today, but it is still pretty sore.
